Thos. Moser is a brand that is synonymous with Maine quality and great craftsmanship. As a manufacturer and multi-channel retailer, Thos. Moser was looking for a partner that could support many facets of its business. They needed a marketing team that could realize the quality of their brand in the digital world, presenting a world-class ecommerce experience that aligned with their world-class products.

Design & Development
When we inherited Thos. Moser’s website in 2019, it was in need of a number of updates. It had confusing navigation and cluttered product detail pages that needed a more modern update. Landing pages to showcase promotions, new products, and sales were stale and needed an update. The backend management was proving difficult as well, making simple content updates cumbersome and time-consuming for their team. In addition, the site was not designed with mobile users in mind, and the conversion rate for mobile users was much lower than customers who shopped on desktop.

Conversion Focused Design
The product page was redesigned in 2020. With the website being their only open sales channel throughout the pandemic, we focused on the product pages and how to improve the UX to make sales easier, as well as the overall look and feel of the page. We transformed the product page from a simple page with an image carousel to a robust and customizable product page that supports video, a dynamic product slider that showcases their beautiful product photography and the ability for shoppers to use augmented reality to visualize products in their homes when they couldnโt visit a showroom in person.
Advertising Strategy
Thos. Moserโs digital marketing strategy prior to working with iBec focused primarily on driving showroom foot traffic, and not on generating online sales. Thos. Moser needed help broadening its marketing strategy to maximize online opportunities to support its eCommerce sales while also driving traffic to showrooms and building positive first impressions with potential future customers.
We conducted market and customer analysisโs to create a data-driven advertising strategy that better allocated ad spend into scalable channels. We collaborated on ad design and landing pages to improve conversion rates and create a seamless brand experience for the end user.
